OUR PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Lifestyle & Movement Assessment: this is an essential intro for any of our potential clients who wish to embark on their health and wellness journey. This is your full body assessment which includes an analysis of your overall fitness levels, flexibility, mobility, joint alignment and strength - from head to toe.
* Please arrive in comfortable workout clothes and set aside an hour to complete.
** Cost is £60 which is deductible from the package price you subsequently sign up to.
1-2-1 Coaching: LDN Fit Club prides itself on serving the local community’s health and wellness needs. As such, our 1-2-1 Personal Training packages are appropriate for all age groups, fitness levels (from newbies, to fitness regulars to athletes) and lifestyles. We work on building safe foundations for all our clients, by focusing on technique/form and functional movement as primary building blocks for all goals (be it strength gain, endurance-based performance, weight change, injury rehabilitation or specific event training).
Semi-private coaching: exclusively for experienced clients who have had at least 1 block of 1-2-1 coaching (so familiar with correct form and use of equipment) and can work safely with any injuries. These sessions are designed to bring like-minded clients and progress them through their goals, following a bespoke program coached by one of our expert PTs.
* Maximum x4 clients per session.
Body Transformation: our approach to designing your body transformation program centres on achieving goals in an appropriate time frame (taking into account the client’s abilities, progress improvement and lifestyle), with minimum risk to injury, thus optimising on long term maintenance. Nutritional support is key, which we deliver through a tailor-made plans or meal preparation service.
Athletic Performance: we work closely with the general population as well as amateur and professional athletes including in track and field, football, skiing, boxing, MMA and performing arts. Designing bespoke programs and coaching them through to optimise performance and minimise risk of injury.
Sports-specific event coaching: tough-mudder, rat race, London Marathon, ski season. bikini/fitness competition. These are some of the examples of events that we have specifically trained clients for, helping be the best they can on the day.
Please note all packages have a 1 month expiry date from the first session, extendable for holidays and work-based travel. If you need to cancel please let us know within 12 hours. If you feel under the weather or get held up at work, let us know as early as possible - we understand these things can happen! We can reschedule your session. Otherwise if you snooze, you lose!
